DutyWise is a free tool that estimates US import duties and landed cost. By using it, you agree to these terms. This is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for your own legal review.

Estimates, not advice

All figures are estimates for planning only. The final tariff classification and duty owed are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection at the time of entry and may differ. DutyWise is not a licensed customs broker and does not provide legal, tax, or customs-brokerage advice. Verify any figure before relying on it.

No warranty & limitation of liability

The tool is provided "as is," without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DutyWise is not liable for any loss or damage arising from decisions made using its estimates.

Acceptable use

Please do not scrape, overload, resell, or attempt to disrupt the service or its underlying data. The software, the assembled rate data, and the classification corpus are ours.
